The yummy cake 'batik"
Cake 'batik' is a very popular dish in Malaysia that is served widely as a dessert during tea time. It's because of the simple methods and very few ingredients are required to make the cake.
Ingredients
1 packet small Marie biscuits (crushed into smaller pieces)
7 tablespoons Milo powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
Methods
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. Heat the butter till it completely melts.
3. Add milo powder and cocoa powder a little by a little while mixing it with butter.
4. Mix in the biscuits into the chocolate mixture.
5. Stir the biscuits until it thoroughly coated with the chocolate.
6. Once the biscuits started to soften, turn off the heat and set aside.
7. Lay baking paper in a container.
8. Start filling the biscuits onto the paper in a container.
9. Keep in the fridge for an hour or more before cutting it.
