Amber Court is also said to have a mysterious cross room supposedly a place to store casino ghosts in Genting Highlands. Many bought the unit to make as homestay and weekend house because it is close to Genting Theme Park. Preliminary expectations of this location will be popular as a homestay. From one source, many owners have sold the unit and do not live there anymore. Over time this apartment was neglected. Now, this apartment looks dilapidated from the outside with the colour of moss brown with the effect of humid weather at the top. At first glance it's scary. Amber Court still accepts bookings when other hotels are full. There are also some units still inhabited by the original owners. Many say the most frequently disturbed room is B6 Level 17.
