For this entry, I will be sharing with you guys one of favorite sweet treats! It is CREAM PUFF! Yummy! Cream Puff is typically sweet and moist filling of whipped cream, custard, pastry cream, or ice cream.
CREAM PUFF

Ingredients : Puff
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
Powdered sugar
Ingredients : Fillings
(You can choose the fillings to your liking)
Whipped cream, or
Chocolate sauce, or
Caramel

Directions :
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 3
Add the butter to the water and stir until it is melted.
Step 4
Add the flour and salt all at once to the water mix.
Step 5
Stir until a ball is formed.
Step 6
Remove from heat, and add 1 egg. Beat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the remaining eggs 1 at a time, and beat after each addition.
Step 8
Let stand for 10 minutes.

#TIPS for dropping the dough
1. You can drop with a spoon OR put the dough into a ziplock bag, snip the corner off, and pipe the dough on to the cookie sheet.
2. Use a heaping tbsp for each puff. Make sure they are about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven. Start checking them around 20 minutes. Mine took 30 minutes.
