How to keep a Healthy State of Mind

It's been chaotic after the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Most of day seem to become one where we wake up in afternoon and scrolling to our phone throughout the day. Most of us experienced hard time and financially broke. All this thing can effect one's mental health and their state of mind. Every problem has its own solution and nothing cannot be solved if you put an effort to it. Well , this is FOUR HABITS THAT CAN KEEP A HEALTHY STATE OF MIND.

1. Exercise using something you love.

Physical exercise have been scientifically proved to help in reducing stress, increase energy level, improve emotional mood and make ourselves more creative. You have to really look forward to working out because exercising habit could be difficult to stick on. Whatever it is that you do, whether it's running or lifting weights, you have to pick an exercise method you really enjoy. For example, for me, when it comes to running, I like to use music tempo to be my running pace. So you get the idea of this points.

2. Meditation

Meditation also plays a big role in keeping a healthy state of mind. However, meditation isn't really what most people think it is. Study shows that as little as five to ten minutes of meditation will give a massive impact in term of  feeling, mood and the way the mind thinks. There are many method can be used and different form of meditation. It's the same as physical exercise where you try different type of form which works for you.

3. Wake up early.

 The lockdown affect the way we lived our day. Sometimes we became so bored that we started to do silly things until late night and then woke up late. This could affect the our mind response to sudden changes and our body also. There are positives to staying up late,especially when you find that you're more productive during late night hours. Majority of people also very productive in the early morning hours. Waking up early and adopting a morning routine that prepares you for the day helps you to start your day oof with the optimal state of mind to tackle problem and decision making.

4. Find friends who identify with your challenges

We're social creature. No matter what you do, you can't escape this. And so, by virtue of this, the more social we are , the healthier we tend to be. When we have people around us who listen and understand what we're going through, something magical happens; we go through it. It's a very simple thing that we often overlook but is so critical to our mental and eve physical health.

Start by picking one or two of these points and implement them into your life as new habits to create gradual positive change that stretches into every area of your life.
