Recipe Part 2

Hello hello hellooooo viewers.

I mentioned about telling ya'll about the recipes for my favourites on my previous blog.

So here it is.

Sang Nyuk Mee
Broth Ingredients
1) 2 bowls of water
2) 50g sliced pork liver
3) 100g sliced pork meat
4) 100g minced pork meat
5) mustard green

Preparation for the soup
1) put the pork liver into the boiling water for about 10min
2) make pork ball using the minced pork meat after adding a little salt, tapioca flour, and a little light soy sauce.
3) take the pork liver out from the soup after 10min.
4) place the pork ball that was made earlier into the same soup.
5) add the sliced pork meat in the soup after awhile.
6) put the mustard green in the soup last because it cooks the fastest.
7) add seasoning into the soup according to personal preferences.

Noodles Ingredients
1) 1 teaspoon of oil
2) 1 teaspoon sweet dark soy sauce
3) salt & seasoning
4) kolo mee

Noodles preparation
1) add a teaspoon of oil and sweet dark soy sauce into a bowl.
2) add salt and seasoning into the oil and sweet dark soy sauce.
3) prepare the noodles by putting it into boiling water and dont cook it too long.
4) drain the noodles and rinse it with cold water.
5) drain the noodles then put it into the bowl of sauce that was made earlier.

Milo Ping

What you need?
1) 2-3 Tablespoon of Milo powder
2) 2 Tablespoon of evaporated milk
3) 1 Teaspoon sweetened creamer
4) Water
5) Ice

What you do?
1) Mix Milo powder, evaporated milk and sweetened creamer
2) Pour in hot water then stir
3) Add ice once Milo powder, evaporated milk and sweetened creamer are well mixed with hot water.

Cheese Naan

Dough Ingredients
for 3 servings

1) 2 teaspoons unsalted butter (10 g)
2) ½ cup milk (120 ml)
3) 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
4) ½ teaspoon salt
5) 2 tablespoons sugar
6) 1 ¼ cups bread flour (150 g)
7) ½ cup cake flour (50 g)
8) 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (150 g)

Preparation
1) In a medium bowl, combine the butter and milk and microwave for 50 seconds.
2) Mix with a spatula until the butter is completely melted.
3) Add the active dry yeast and mix well. Add the salt and sugar and mix well.
4) Fold in the bread flour and cake flour until fully incorporated and microwave for 20 seconds.
5) Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into 6 pieces. Take a piece and roll it into a ball. Roll it out to a round about ⅛ inch (3-mm) thick using a rolling pin. Repeat with the remaining dough.
6) Put a third of the cheese into the center of the dough. Top with another dough round and crimp the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining cheese and dough.
7) Heat a medium nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add a filled naan round and cook for 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
8) Flip the naan bread, then use a spatula to flatten and cook for 3 minutes more. Cook the remaining naan.
9) Slice into wedges and serve.
